We specialize in the following methods of decoration. We listed the definitions so they can be easily identified.
Branding: A die is made, than it is heated press an imprint into the material. Just like they do on Cows... Used on Wood Products.
Deboss: A die is made to press an imprint into the material - The look similar to branding but the material does not change color. Used on Leather or Vinyl Products (Opposite of Emboss).
Decal: A fancy word for sticker. The benefit is you can print up to 4-colors for no additional charge. Used on Tape Measures & Retractable Badges.
Emboss: Just like Deboss, but raised. Used on Bags.
Embroidery: Artwork is converted into an Embroidery Tape than sent to a machine that sews your artwork using thread. Embroidery is one of the most difficult methods of decoration we offer - Luckily for you we have some of the best digitizers in the Industry! Used on Polo's & Jackets.
Etched: A Sandblasting machine is used to roughen product. After effect is similar to Laser Engraving. Used on Glass & Crystal Awards.
Four Color Process: A Process that uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) to achieve photo type images. Just like your Color Printer at home... Used on Mouse Pads & Post-its
Hot Foil: A die is made, a foil color is chosen, than the two are pressed onto the material. Available in a limited amount of colors and is normally limited to a 1-color imprint. Used on Paper & Plastic Bags.
Laser Engraving (Engraved): A strong laser is used to burn the imprint into the material. Used on Pens & Picture Frames.
Pad Print: Just like a Rubber Stamp. Normally limited to a 1-color imprint. Used on Golf Balls and other odd shaped products.
Silkscreen: A separate screen is made for each color and than is applied to the material. Each Color/Screen is applied separately. Used on T-Shirts and 50% of the products in our Industry.
